"To Souvlaki" restaurant is a long time traditional Cypriot restaurant and take away established in Nicosia. It has distinguished itself by its food quality and friendly service that has remained constant over time and made it to stand out.

This e-cart application was customized and deployed exclusively to automate the ordering process (instead of having lengthy phone calls).

The application will display the restaurants menu pages in neat graphical patterns and enable you to order items whether for home delivery (goods are delivered at the address you specify) or take away (you pick up the items)

Note that the application will compile your order into a formatted and tagged text that will be sent as SMS using your phones native composer. The main advantage is that you can order without having to rely on a 3G or WiFi connection and SMS cost is rather negligible in Cyprus.

The application will remember your last order (that you can always revisit by pressing the "View Cart" button) and the last address you have captured.

This application does not include any online payment processing (since it does not use WiFi or 3G); instead, prepare the indicated cash amount in hand for the delivery person or to submit it upon take away.

Note that the opening hours (12:00 - 15:30 and 18:00 - 22:45 Cyprus time) during weekdays plus Saturday. Submitting orders outside the working hours or during public holidays might lead to ignored orders! Also remember about the delivery range that is for now covering only Nicosia!
